In most cases, you only need to change the channel on the accesspoint. Most wireless adapters will "find" your wireless network bythe SSID you assigned to the access point, and then willautomatically lock onto the channel of the access point.

Step 1 Open your web browser such as InternetExplorer and enter the IP address of the DWL-700AP in the Addressbar and press Enter. The default IP address is 192.168.0.50.

Step 2 Enter your username (admin) and yourpassword (leave blank by default). Click OK.

Step 3 Select the Home tab andthen click Wireless on the left side.

Step 4 Next to Channel, select thechannel you would like to use from the drop-down menu. It isrecommended to use Channel 1, 6, or 11. If you have 2.4GHz phonesor experience interference, simply changing the channel may solveconnection dropping issues.

Step 5 Click on the Apply buttonto save your settings.
