The IS-Admin software uses the TCP/IP protocol to communicateand manage the Internet Server. The default IP addressof Internet Server is 192.168.100.1. If your PC runningIS-Admin is not of the same subnet as the Internet Server, your PCcannot communicate to the Internet Server using TCP/IPprotocol. You can use PING to test whether your PC running ISAdminand the Internet Server are in the same network (orreachable).

The resolution is to change the IP address of the InternetServer (or change your PC's IP address, say 192.168.100.2) sothat they are in the same subnet. If you want to change the IPaddress of the Internet Server, it can be done atISAdmin->Configuration->Change IP Address.
