I have lost my password. Is there any way to reset the DHP-300? I cannot find a reset button.

You can reset the DHP-300/DHP-301 using the software utility. Please follow these steps:

  1. Plug in the device that needs to be reset into a wall socket
  2. Connect your PC directly to the DHP adapter using an Ethernet cable
  3. You will be prompted to type in the password. Click Cancel, instead, then click on the reset button
  4. The device will now be reset and will become accessible after a few seconds
