What is AI Assistant on my D-Link router?

The AQUILA PRO AI app brings you a personal AI Assistant to continuously monitor data usage and provide weekly reports every Monday morning. The weekly reports include:

Weekly Wi-Fi Report

It tells you how your Wi-Fi environment is and how your network has been improved by AI Wi-Fi Optimizer and AI Mesh Optimizer over the past one week.

• Current Wi-Fi environment status: Good, moderate, or crowded

• Whether AI Mesh Optimizer was activated for your Mesh network

• How many times AI Wi-Fi Optimizer were executed.

Weekly Internet Traffic Report

AI Traffic Optimizer gives you the total amount of data usage consumed and recommends configuring QoS to preserve Internet quality.

• Total amount of data usage consumed last week.

• Whether network traffic was reprioritized automatically during congested hours.

• Client devices transmitting large quantities of data during congested hours.

Note: if there are devices transmitting large quantities of data during congested hours, we recommend lowering devices’ priority to preserve Internet quality.  Simply tap Tap here on the bottom of the report to configure the device prioritization if necessary.

Night-Time Internet Activity Report

The report tells you what client devices in your network are too active during the nighttime (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) and guides you to set up Parental Control rules to prevent kids from accessing Internet or specific websites.  If you’ve already set up the rules, or you choose to ignore the actionable recommendation, the report will not be provided again.
