How do I make the Primary/Secondary DNS as alternatives when the configured Secure DNS is not working?

Step 1: Connect your PC to the router via the Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi and log in to the router.

Step 2: Click Setting -> Internet.

Step 3: Enable Allow fall-back to have the Primary/Secondary DNS as alternatives when the configured secure DNS is not working.
