Switches that stack above the competition
The DXS-3610 series are the ideal choice for future-proofing your aggregation/core network in high-performance data centres, enterprise and campus applications.
Stack up to x12 switches for high-density Gigabit aggregation
Switching capacity of up to 2.16 Tbps with forwarding rates of up to 1607 Mpps
x48 1/10GbE ports and x6 40/100GbE QSFP+/QSFP28 ports
High availability, less downtime
DXS-3610 switches offer high availability capabilities such as ring stacking (with DEM-CB100Q28), ERPS, and link aggregation to provide reliable uptime for your business network.
Hot-Swappable Redundancy
The DXS-3610 Series features a modular fan back-up design, providing n+1 redundancy for the system. The modular power design allows AC power sources for maximum deployment flexibility. With dual power modules, the power load is distributed, extending the lifetime of the modules.
Load Sharing
Enables both power supplies to evenly distribute load to increase reliability and lifetime.
1+1 redundancy
Minimizes downtime in case of a single power supply failure.
Upgradable Software
Standard Image
Features a wide range of Layer 2, VLAN, multicasting, Quality of Service (QoS), security, data centre, and static routing protocols including RIP, VRRP and OSPF.
Enhanced Image
Features comprehensive IPv4/v6 routing, including BGP and L3 multicasting features such as IGMP, MLD, PIM-DM, SM, SDM, SSM, and DVMRP. The Enhanced Image also supports L2/L3 MPLS VPN, which enables the DXS-3610 Series to be deployed as the core router of an enterprise environment, or as an aggregation switch in an MPLS environment.
Simplified Management
Manage multiple large wired/wireless device networks with D-View 7 for centralised management to reduce costs and maintenance. D-Link Network Assistant (DNA) is also available to easily set up and manage smaller networks.
Flexibility and Versatility
The DXS-3610 is available in two configurations; 48 x 10G Base-T or 10G SFP+ ports with 6 x 100G QSFP28 and can be used either in uplink or stacking (with DEM-CB100Q28) configurations to accommodate the scale and requirements of data centres.
The switch also supports OpenFlow 1.3 for SDN-enabled network compatibility and Switch Resource Management (SRM) for flexible system resource manageability.
Complete Layer 2/3 Functionality
The DXS-3610 has a complete L2 and L3 feature set to meet the demands of data centre applications. Layer 2 features include L2 switching, L2 multicast, advanced Quality of Service (QoS), and robust security features. Advanced L3 features include routing for enterprise integration, such as OSPF, BGP, Graceful Restart, Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD), and L3 multicast.
