Apple routers’ default authentication type is not always compatible with other brands. Please log in to the interface on your router, and in the wifi settings section switch Security to WPA/WPA2-PSK (WPA/WPA2-Personal) and save. Then try installing your camera from the very beginning and it should connect just fine.
