That depends on the camera’s settings. Most D-Link cameras detect motion by comparing changes between frames – and if the changes reach the sensitivity level, the camera will interpret that as motion. It can be resolved by simply lowering the sensitivity level and/or excluding some of the camera’s view from motion capture.
