I used an Android device to set up my 180 Cam HD, but iOS users logging in with the same account cannot see the camera. What should I do?
If the initial setup was done using an Android device, it will not be immediately visible to iOS users, even when logging in using the same Omna account. In order for the camera to be visible to an iOS device, the setup process must be completed once again using the Omna app on an iOS device. Simply follow the instructions in the included Quick Installation Guide using your iOS device to set up the camera.
