In the Playback tab, video clips won’t play when I click on them.
If you are using Windows, make sure you download and install the Windows Media Player Plugin/Extension for your browser:
Note: You may need administrative access to install the plugin/extension.
Internet Explorer users:
A pop up message will appear at the bottom of the page. Click the Allow button to install the extension.
Firefox users:
Step 1: Use the following link to go to the Windows Media Player plugin for Firefox download page:http://www.interoperabilitybridges.com/windows-media-player-firefox-plugin-download/
Step 2: Close all other browser windows, then click the Download Now link to download the plugin installer.
Step 3: After the download is finished, double-click the file to install the plugin. If you see a Security Warning dialog box appear, click Install.
If you see the following message after installation, you will need to follow some additional steps:
Step 1: Close Firefox.
Step 2: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
Step 3: Copy the Plugins folder and paste it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\browser\folder.
Step 4: Open Firefox.
Chrome users:
Step 1: Use the following link to go to the Windows Media Player extension for Chrome download page:http://www.interoperabilitybridges.com/wmp-extension-for-chrome
Step 2: Follow the steps on the page to download and install the extension.
