The basic pedagogical thinking is inspired by Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences: everyday life, activities and educational projects are designed to stimulate girls and boys in all areas of competence: intrapersonal and interpersonal, musical, linguistic, naturalistic, spatial, logical, mathematical and kinesthetic.
Challenge
La Giocomotiva needed to implement a high-performance network that can be easily managed remotely for all the different facilities located throughout Italy, creating a group of schools where an efficient and high quality service can be guaranteed, both with respect to the internal management of educational activities, and towards relationships and communication with parents.

Solution
D-Link, thanks to the collaboration with the system integrator Solution System S.r.l. based in Assago*, provided a remote management solution for the Wi-Fi network, implementing 52 Access Points and 13 PoE switches, to which additional devices, such as PCs, printers and VoIP phones, were also connected. A rack was installed at each location to contain the devices managed through the Nuclias Cloud platform.

Results
La Giocomotiva can now boast of a more efficient network with higher connection speed, guaranteed by central control of the entire network infrastructure through Nuclias Cloud. La Giocomotiva has also activated a monitoring and malfunction reporting service through automatic e-mails. In addition, the use of the same SSID and password across the entire corporate network allowed for complete operation without having to request network logins for the various school sites.
